12 week shi poo is loosing all her hair

We got her at 11 weeks old and after 5 days I had to take her to an emergency room, she was dehydrated and anorexic from not eating and drinking very little.

She was diagnosis with pneumonia and kennel cough. She was put on antibiotics and 10 days later I notice she now losing all her hair...

I'm sorry to hear how many problems that your puppy is having, it must be very worrying for you all.

The hair loss could possibly be related to the medication she's been on, or it could perhaps be stress, or any number of other things.

I'm afraid only your veterinarian can make an accurate diagnosis and you need to have your little girl examined again so that you can find out what's wrong. Often a simple skin scraping or just a physical exam can reveal the cause of this type of issue.
