12 wk old puppy won't eat and barely drinking and is lethargic

I have a 12 week old huskie German Shepard mix puppy.

He has barely eaten or drank today and also threw up clear twice in the past three days what could this be ?

I'm afraid it's impossible for me to say for sure what's going on with your pup, but if he's not eating or drinking, is lethargic, and is vomiting he really needs to be seen by a vet as soon as possible.
