16 day old pit bull puppies

our 16 day old pit bull puppies all have a hard lump under neck and some of them are oozing please help us..

These puppies need to be seen by a veterinarian I'm afraid, and the sooner the better.

Lumps under the neck would suggest infection of some sort as it's likely the lymph nodes that are enlarged.

There's a condition called 'puppy strangles' which involves swelling of the lymph nodes under the jaw and around the neck. It can look as though the pup is being 'strangled' by the swelling, hence the name.

Anything like this needs professional evaluation and your pups may well need antibiotics to take care of the problem. Puppy strangles may also need corticosteroids to reduce swelling. Without treatment these little guys could be very ill indeed, so please get them help right away.
