2 month old dachshund bloated tummy and constant urination

My puppy has peed on me, my daughter,and my husband this morning. She also had 3 accidents on the floor in a short time. Her stomach was bloated when she first got up.

She drank a lot of water but hasn't eaten anything.

Sounds as though a trip to the vet is in order. She may have a urinary tract infection which causes the urgent (and frequent) need to pee.

Your vet will be able to diagnose that, or whatever else is causing the problem, and get her the necessary treatment.
