2 week old pug has ahard knot around her ear

i just noticed that my 2 wk old pug has a hard knot on side of head around her ear...

I'm afraid this isn't a question I can answer as I'm not a vet and it's not something I've had personal experience with.

It's possible that there's an infection here, or a cyst of some sort, but only a vet can make an accurate diagnosis.

I can really only recommend that you have this little one checked out by your own vet just as soon as possible so that if treatment is needed you can get it underway.
