3 month old puppy is lethargic and cant stand without shaking

My 3 month old puppy threw up last night then was fine in the morning but is now lethargic and unresponsive also when I do stand her she shakes what is wrong??

She is getting her shots tomorrow, but is there anything I can do now I'm afraid she won't make it through the night?

I'm sorry that I didn't manage to get to this sooner, but as I state on my Puppy Questions page, if your pup is really sick or injured, or you're seriously worried about them you need to seek a real-live vets' opinion immediately!

I really hope that your pup got to see a veterinarian and you managed to find out what was wrong and get her some treatment.

It's impossible to say in this sort of situation what is wrong without a proper hands-on exam, there are just so many dog illnesses that puppies are prone to, plus other possibilities such as parasites, eating something toxic or dangerous etc. etc.

I really hope your little girl is making a full recovery and wish you the best of luck with her.
