Why is my puppy sticking out the tongue all the way out and making funny noises, like he is dehydrated or something?

He got water all the time and been peeing few times a day, but started making the noises today and I don't know what it means?

I'm afraid I can't say what's causing your pup to behave this way, but it's not normal and he needs to be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible.

It could be that he's got something stuck in his throat or windpipe, or perhaps he's very hot, or stressed.. it sounds as though he's having difficulty breathing and that's serious.

Please get him checked out asap. Best of luck, hope he's doing much better soon.
