my 3 week old puppies urine is orange? is this natural?





Hi CaroleThe most likely reason for dark colored urine is dehydration, so perhaps your pups' aren't getting enough to drink.

If it's a very big litter, or the momma dog doesn't have much milk then you may need to supplement feed these little ones.

Of course, there are other possible reasons for this such as infection or some other health condition. If you're concerned, or the pups don't seem well-fed and content I would strongly suggest that you take them to your vet for a check up.
