3 week old wobbly puppy head shaking

we have 3, 3 week old pups, 2 are trying to walk about and managing it fairly well, the third is going round in circles and ...head rocking back and fourth, very unstable...

You need to have this puppy evaluated by your veterinarian just as soon as you can. It could be an inner ear problem, but it could also be a neurological issues.

Certain breeds are more prone to these type of conditions (such as Wobbler Syndrome in Great Danes and other large breeds).

I'm afraid I'm not a vet and can't really give you any more help on this other than to say that the puppy really needs to see a vet asap.
