5 week old puppie has bloated stomich and whelping fits,

My 5 week old puppy is acting funny his stomach is bloated, he has horrable gas, diarrhea,and has whelping fits every 40mins to 10mins.

What i'm asking is does he have worms?

Most puppies have worms in the first few weeks, but what you're describing sounds more serious than that.

Puppy worms can cause a bloated stomach, a dry, dull coat, and a ravenous appetite. In severe cases a pup may have diarrhea (containing worms) or even vomit up some worms.

However, it sounds as though something else may be at the root of his symptoms, perhaps an infection, a contagious dog illness, an infection, intestinal blockage and so on.

Only your vet can make an accurate diagnosis and help your pup to get better, so please get him some professional help right away.
