6 month old male staffordshire bull terrier

hi i got a 6 month old staffordshire bull terrier an when he was about 4 and a half months he started getting bald patches all over his body head legs everywhere.

the patches are starting to grow hair back and looks a lot better, but he now has patches round his eyes and his eyes are weeping and always got sleep in them that is a yellowy white colour like pus do u no what this could be?

It sounds as though your pup has Mange which is a condition Staffys tend to suffer from more than some other breeds.


It also seems that his eyes have now become infected, and you need to have him seen by a vet asap to get that taken care of. Untreated eye infections could lead to loss of sight and so on.

The mange is normally treated with special shampoos or dips and the eye infection with antibiotics. Please have him seen by your vet so that you can get him the help he needs.
