6 week puppy lazy, shaking some, creamy discharge from rectal area

We have a 6 week old unplanned litter half lab/half surprise.

They've been doing fine, until tonight one of them is laying mostly still (moves head/looks around), little quick shaking some, and we found a white creamy substance on her hind legs (coming from rectal area).

What could this be?

I'm afraid I'm not a veterinarian and this is a situation where you need a vet to examine your puppy.

Obviously something is wrong, and if a 6 week old pup is lethargic then she needs to be evaluated asap as there are any number of things that could be going on.

Young puppies can get very sick, very fast, and if it's something contagious it can spread through the whole litter very quickly too. I'd strongly recommend that you get this pup to your vet asap so that you can get any treatment started if necessary and protect the other puppies too.
