6 wk old female puppy having trouble pooping

I have a 6 wk old st bernard female puppy from a recent litter. mother had 3 pups.

she eats food and drinks water plays with her brother, my question is this the female is having trouble pooping and her vula is swollen and red
she pees fine, what is wrong?

we have given her warm baths to help tummy, rubbed tummy, and some oil to help loosen stools..

I'd strongly recommend having this little girl checked out by your veterinarian as it's possible that she has an infection of some sort.

A constipated puppy has trouble pooping, but that shouldn't affect her vulva - the redness there is more likely due to a localized infection, or a UTI. Your vet will be able to make an accurate diagnosis, so have him take a look at her asap.
