If your pup has blood in his urine, then the most likely issue is that he has a urinary tract infection.

This can cause severe irritation and inflammation throughout his urinary tract and the resulting blood will show up in his urine.

If left untreated this can cause serious problems and affect other organs including his kidneys.

Luckily it's usually easily treated with the right antibiotic, so get your pup to your veterinarian so that you can get an accurate diagnosis and the right medication. That way he'll feel much better and you'll avoid painful, dangerous (and expensive) complications.
