My puppy is sick vomiting and foaming at mouth...

I'm afraid there's no way that I can tell you what is wrong with your puppy, but from what you say he is feeling very ill.

I'd recommend that you get him to a veterinarian just as soon as you can so that you can find out what's wrong.

Puppy vomiting can be caused by all sorts of dog illnesses, including both fairly minor and very serious ones. Only a vet can make an accurate diagnosis.

Please get your puppy examined asap so that he can get to feeling better. Good luck.
