8 week old puppy not walking but eating

puppy is not walking, she is favoring one leg more than the other and just rolls when you stand her up is it parvo??

i live in a small town with no vet.

This doesn't sound like Canine Parvovirus as although the symptoms of Parvo include lethargy and weakness, the most prevalent symptoms are gastro-intestinal and include diarrhea and vomiting.

If this puppy has been walking around normally before now, then chances are she's injured her leg and if she can't walk then it could be a break or dislocation. You need to get her to a veterinarian as soon as you can to get an accurate diagnosis and prevent any long-term damage.

I'd strongly suggest driving her to the nearest town with a veterinarian asap. Best of luck, I hope she makes a full recovery soon.
