Did you get a giardia test? separate stool test than worms. Can cause this.

I also have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Kingsley. He is 14 weeks old now, and he too has the pudding diarrhea with traces of blood in his poo. It is at the final ends of him relieving himself.

I took a sample in on Tuesday, and he was fine, no parasites or eggs. The vet changed him to chicken and rice, which he seems to LOVE!

Happy dog all around, this is my only concern, especially after reading the other comment about the cavalier.
