9 week old pit pup....having issues

we got her last night....for free from a friend.
today she seems she's having an issue peeing, nothing will come out and if it does, its DARK yellow.

my fiance just took her in the car and called me telling me that something came out of her that was mucus and bloody, but a very little.

It sounds to me as though your pup may have a urinary tract infection, and is possibly a bit dehydrated too. That would explain the dark urine, and the blood/mucus which is a sign of irritation in the urethra.

If treated quickly with antibiotics this should clear up just fine, but left untreated it can cause kidney problems and other serious issues.

I strongly advise you to get her to a veterinarian right away so that she can get a proper diagnosis and any treatment she needs. Meanwhile make sure she gets lots of water to drink as that will help make it less painful and difficult for her when she pees.
