9 week old puppy that leaks urine

Is this normal for a 9 week old puppy to leak urine while sleeping?

It's a female and she seems do it mainly when she sleeps.

No, I wouldn't say this is normal, however occasionally a puppy can have an immature bladder which means that they don't have the control you would expect - although at 9 weeks old any puppy has very limited bladder control!

It's also possible that she has a urinary tract infection which is fairly common in young puppies, and seen more often in females than in males.

I'd recommend having your veterinarian check her out to make sure that there's not a physical problem.
