9 week old puppy, white gums

he has been acting very lethargic he threw up a little bile and it looked a little bloody as well, his gums are white and i am worried but have no money for vet this week what should i do?

From what you describe I think your pup most definitely needs to see a veterinarian, and right away!

Pale gums, vomiting (especially if there are traces of blood), lethargy and so on are signs of disease and there are many dog illnesses that puppies are vulnerable to. Some of them can kill a young puppy very quickly.

If you can't afford much, talk with your local veterinarians and see if you can set up a payment plan, or get in touch with your local humane society and see if they have any low-cost programs.
