A 3 week pup is sick

My sister had a puppy and she didn't feed it for 2 days and i tried to feed it but it does not like to be feeded.

What can i do???pls i think its dying....

If your puppy won't/can't eat, especially as it's so young, the chances are that it will die.

You need to get this pup to a veterinarian immediately if it is to have any chance of survival. It's important to find out what is causing it not to eat, and to get some fluids into it quickly. Your vet will be able to do both these things.
