acne around my dog's man parts...?

it looks like acne around his man parts and it looks like he is biting himself because there is scabs.

This is most likely an infection of some sort, maybe a staph infection. However, it's also possible that it could be an allergic reaction to something.

I'd recommend that you have your pup examined by your veterinarian as if it didn't start off as an infection, chances are it has developed into one due to his constant biting at it. This may well need antibiotics.

Your vet should also be able to give you a reason for why this started and what you can do to prevent a recurrence of the problem.
