I have a male 10 week old puppy basset hound. His stomach looks really big but he acts fine and runs around.

Most puppies have a bit of a round tummy, but it could be that your pup has worms if his tummy is pretty distended.

Most pups have worms and they're easy to treat, your vet can take a stool sample to determine what kind of worms your puppy has and then treat him with the right medication.

As he seems to be fit and happy otherwise, this should be a simple problem to fix. Do take him to the vet though so that he can be properly diagnosed and treated. Short term, worms aren't a big problem, but they can become one if a worm infestation is left untreated, and your puppy could get really sick.
