blister/boil/pimple on inner thigh of puppy

Hi I have a two month old pitbull puppy and she has a yellowish pimple or blister I'm not sure what it is...

I found her outside infested with fleas I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it please help I'm really worried.

It could be a flea bite that's become infected, or a staph infection (quite common in pups who've slept or lain on damp or dirty ground), or it could be an infection due to an injury.... there's no way for me to say for sure I'm afraid.

It sounds as though this little girl has had a rough start in life and I'm glad she's found someone to care for her. She does need to be seen by a veterinarian though as she will undoubtedly need puppy shots and you want to make sure that she's healthy otherwise.
