Hi Sheetal
I wish I could help your pup but unfortunately this is a situation that requires veterinary evaluation and probably treatment.
There are all sorts of reasons for puppy diarrhea, the most common being bacterial or viral infections (see my Dog Illnesses page for more info. on the most common canine diseases) or parasitic infestation.
In puppies, coccidiosis is fairly common and can cause recurring diarrhea, loose stools, vomiting, loss of appetite and so on. Sometimes you need more than one round of medication to treat it fully. Your vet can make a diagnosis by looking for the parasites in your pup's stool. You can learn more about this on my Coccidiosis In Dogs page.
Please make sure that your pup is seen by a vet (if he's already had an appointment take him back again) as he's still not recovered. I wish I could help more but wish you the very best of luck.
