Bloody stools

Two days ago my puppy stuck his head in fire ants. I imediately attempted to rinse his face mouth and nose.

The next day my puppy threw up which i thought nothing of. Today my puppy is passing runny stools with red blood. I want to know is any of this connected and what is causing the bloody stool?

I have also noticed my puppy walks crooked his back legs sway to the side.

You need to get a professional, veterinary opinion, so I strongly recommend that you take your pup to the vet as soon as possible.

Bloody stools and vomiting could be a sign of dog illnesses, and depending on how old your pup is and whether or not he's had all his puppy shots, he could be in danger of getting really sick.

Whether the symptoms he's showing are related to the ants, it's impossible for me to judge, I also doubt that the way he walks has anything to do with that but I'm not a vet so that's just my personal opinion.

However, your pup is obviously unwell, so he does need to be seen by a vet as soon as possible so that you can find out what is causing the problems. Best of luck, hope he's doing much better soon.
