Butt scuttin

Hi,
My little chi keeps scooting his butt on the floor and it makes me nervous, is this normal?

I have never had a chi so I don't know.

'Scooting' is fairly common, and isn't specific to any particular breed.

It can be a sign of worms or impacted/infected anal glands. Either of these conditions need to be treated, and I would recommend taking your puppy to your veterinarian for a check up so that he can make the right diagnosis.
