can i week old puppies travel with mom

I have a mom and 8, 1 week old puppies and I need to travel by car for 2 hours for the holidays.

Is this ok for mom and puppies?

I wouldn't recommend it. Your puppies are very young and vulnerable to infection, dehydration etc. If the momma gets stressed by the move she may reject the pups, stop nursing, or even try to harm them.

It would be much better if you could find someone to take care of the momma and pups in your home while you are gone. Maybe a friend/relative/neighbor or even find a petsitter.

Failing that, you may need to adjust your holiday plans I'm afraid. Best of luck, hope you manage to work something out.
