Cleaning Solutions

Looking for a safe and effective cleaner for my kitchen floor (I clean it often as it is the puppy's area and he is still being paper-trained) that won't hurt my puppy (he licks the floor).

I've tried a vinegar/water solution, but I don't find it cleans as well as I would like. Any safe suggestions?

I would suggest trying my favorite -
Nature's Miracle Stain & Odor Remover
. I use it a lot and although you obviously don't want to spray it directly onto your pup, or let him step in it etc., it's very safe when used correctly. It's also very effective :o)

If you want to try an even more natural alternative,

is totally non-toxic and biodegradeable - plus it is also very good at removing stains/odors.

To sanitize the area, a good wash with a 1:10 bleach/water solution every few days works well. Let the floor dry thoroughly before you let your puppy on it though.
