why do I hear clicking noise when my 19 month old miniature poodle walks?

I'm afraid it's impossible for me to say what the problem is and I strongly recommend that you get your pup to a veterinarian so that you can have this evaluated.

Hip problems can cause a clicking sound when a dog is walking, but I'm sure there are other possibilities as well. Only a veterinarian can really make an accurate assessment of what's going on.
