**Concerned** When opened, how long will Naturediet puppy food stay fresh. **Plz help**

Hi... i will be bringing home a 7 week old mini labradoodle pup in 2 weeks time and after trawling loads of reviews on puppy food i have decided that i will try her on 'Naturediet'.
My problem is this: Naturediet puppy food comes in a 390g gram pack but the recommended amount for a pup this size and age per day is 50 - 100g. Potentially
4 - 8 days food. If there is anybody out there using this food or knows the period that a opened pack can be kept fresh, can you please let me know.
The last thing i want to do to her is give her a dodgy tummy!

I wouldn't worry too much about this, most dry dog foods have a shelf life of about a year, but more 'natural' foods with less preservatives may not last that long.

I'm not so familiar with the UK dog food brands, but I expect that there will be some sort of guidelines for this on the bag. If not, there should either be a website for that food brand, or a customer service line. Try checking with those.
