distended tummy trouble walking

I have a 5 week old lab female she has a distended tummy, more on the left side than the right. She cannot stand and when she does she has trouble walking. She is currently on antibiotics because she did have a fever.

This condition comes and goes. Yesterday she was fine, but this morning she is like she was when I initially took her to the vet with the same problem.

I wish I could help, but this is definitely a question for a veterinary professional. I've never personally seen/heard of this happening and can't say what is causing it.

As she has had a relapse in terms of recovery, she needs to see your vet again, and quickly. This sounds serious and further tests are probably in order.

I'm really sorry that I can't give you any suggestions or help, but I wish this little girl the very best of luck and hope she makes a full recovery.
