My puppy seems dizzy and disoriented.

You need to have your puppy examined by your vet if he's showing these symptoms. It's impossible for me to tell what is going on I'm afraid.

If he's a tiny or toy breed pup, it's possible that his blood sugar is low and he's experiencing hypoglycemia. This can cause dizziness and disorientation.

There are other possibilities though, including dog poisoning, seizures, shock and so on.

Please have your pup seen by your vet asap. Best of luck, hope he's doing much better soon.
