Does my 3 week old puppy have a cold???

When he breathes you can hear he congestion in his chest.

A three week old puppy shouldn't be congested.

He may either he have an upper respiratory tract infection, or could have inhaled some milk or fluid into his lungs.

In such a young puppy, either could be very serious. I'd strongly recommend that you take your pup to the veterinarian right away for evaluation and treatment.

I would also suggest having the other puppies in the litter checked out to, just to be on the safe side.
