dog vomiting white foam and bloody stool

We took our 1 year old doggy to the vet today and had her checked out. She is throwing up foam and the vet just gave her a shot but on the way home she started having bloody stools.

She acts very weak and not comprehensive like always she has had all her shots what could this be?

I'm afraid I'm not a vet and can't say what is going on with your dog, but she definitely needs to be seen by your veterinarian again... and right away.

Bloody stools are not a good sign, and she could have internal bleeding or injury. The fact that she seems weak and disorientated makes this a real possibility.

Take her back to your vet immediately and tell him exactly what is happening. She needs professional help and soon. If you aren't happy with the treatment she is getting from your current vet, don't be afraid to get a second opinion.
