dog with green and red stool and very weak

i have a 7 month old dog yesterday she became very weak and has green stool. today the stool also has red in it. she still is eating and drinking help

Your pup needs to be examined by a veterinarian right away. The green stool, and now the red (which is most likely blood) indicates infection or inflammation - most likely both.

This could be due to a bacterial, viral or parasitic dog illness and only your vet can make a diagnosis.

If she's weak, she could be anemic, possibly from internal bleeding, so please get her to a vet asap. Best of luck, hope she's doing much better soon.
