i dropped my 7 wk old pomeranian she fell on her heal.

she just lays around crying. can i give her some baby aspirin?

I'm not sure if you mean that you dropped her on her head? If she's crying a lot, and not active, she needs veterinary help right away.

Pomeranians are tiny dogs, she could easily have fractured or broken something, if it was her head, it could be serious.

Please don't give her any medications without seeing your vet first, and soon. Best of luck.
