What else can be done for a puppy with worms and a enlarge stomach?

And it looks like he's constipated or just having trouble with his balls...

A puppy with worms needs to be treated by a veterinarian as over the counter deworming medications are generally a lot less effective than the ones you vet can give him, and may have serious side effects.

Most puppies have worms when very young, and need at least 3 sets of deworming medication given at 3 week intervals. Your vet will do this for you.

Left untreated puppy worms can make a young puppy very sick indeed. Please get your little guy to your vet (or back to him) right away.
