How many time should you feed them in one day?

It depends on how old they are. When you first start to wean puppies they need to be fed four times a day.

When they reach 7 - 8 weeks old you can feed them three times a day, and reduce that to twice when they reach 12 - 14 weeks old.

Large breed pups mature very slowly, and they can do just fine on one meal a day once they're fully grown (somewhere between 18 and 24 months). For small/tiny breeds, it's often better to continue feeding them twice a day even when they reach adulthood (at around 12 months).
