People's ignorance with the time and attention required for a pet never ceases to amaze me!!
I actually heard a story of a person asking a pet store employee for a dog that didn't need to be walked or fed or anything...she directed this man to the stuffed animals section.
Bless you for taking this dog into your own home -I wish there were more people like you!
