front paws shake on my 8 week old english bull dog

Why do the front paws and lower front legs shake on my english bull dog?

Is this do to her growing?

I'm afraid it's impossible for me to say why your pups' legs are shaking, and there are a few possibilities.

It could be a joint problem or weakness, weak pasterns (basically the 'wrist joint' in the front legs) can cause this. Or it could be due to 'growing pains' or something similar.

If she's not had a good diet up until now that could factor in, so could genetic issues and so on.

I'd strongly recommend that you take her to your vet for a check up and mention this problem to him/her. Chances are it's nothing to worry about, but it's always better to get a professional evaluation of this sort of thing as soon as possible.
