Help please with my dog!

What could be wrong with my 1 year old pug if he is vomiting bile, won't eat or drink, and chokes on his vomit and goes limp?

He almost died on me tonight and i would like to know what could be wrong and what i could do for him?

I would definitely recommend that you get your dog to a veterinarian right away. He is obviously sick and needs professional help.

I'm afraid there's nothing that I can do to help in this situation and you need to get this dog veterinary help so that he can be diagnosed and treated.
