My 4 week old puppy looks really hurt.I have no idea what to do.I have no money to pay for a veternarian.This is what happened,She's the runt of all nine puppies,The smallest and she use to eat so much and never get bigger. She stayed small and not she only keeps her head to the right side because her left side is swolen. i still haven't seen her poop and i'm really worried.What do I do ?

Why is every reply talk to a vet. The reason alot of people are asking for help is because the vet prices are outrageous. I would love to find help without spending 400 dollars to find out I can do something from home.
