I BOUGHT A 9 WEEK OLD PUPPY,AND SHE DIED 1 HALF DAYS LATER. VET SAID SHE HAD BAD MUSCLE TONE, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?. ALSO SHE WAS RUNT OF LITTER.

THE LADY I BOUGHT HER OFF, SAID IT WAS MY FAULT, VET SAID NO WAY IT WAS MY FAULT. SHE WAS NOT GOING TO PAY ME BACK $450 DOLLARS. VET RUNG HER, AND MADE HER ETHER PAY ME BACK,
OR GIVE ME A DOG.

As your pup died within 48 hours of you bringing her home, unless she was injured it's very unlikely that her death had anything to do with your care. It's much more likely that she was already sick, and died as a result of that.

Poor muscle tone means that she wasn't strong and healthy, and as she was also the runt of the litter she may have had underlying health issues that weren't visible. Her breeder may or maynot have been aware of these, but if she was experienced she would have known that this pup wasn't well.

I'm so sorry for what you went through and I hope you get your money back, without a written contract that is usually pretty much impossible, but you may be lucky. I would advise against getting another pup from this breeder as she doesn't sound ethical or responsible.
