I have a sick puppy...

I have an 11 week old chocolate lab he has yellow discharge from his nose and some eye mucus.

He is up to date on all shots. He had distemper shot 2 days ago.

I'd recommend taking your puppy back to your veterinarian for another examination. It's possible that he's having a reaction to the Distemper shot as it is a live vaccine that's used and this can cause some side effects.

Minor reactions to puppy shots are seen fairly often, but discharge like this isn't a common reaction.

However, it could be totally unrelated and may be an infection that needs antibiotic treatment.

I'm afraid I'm not a vet myself and can't suggest anything other than getting a professional, hands-on evaluation of your puppy to make sure that any treatment necessary is started quickly.
