As part of a correctly balanced diet, it's fine to add some raw beef to your pup's meals.

However, if you want to feed a raw diet such as BARF, then it's best to wait until your puppy is more mature as large breed pups grow very quickly and have very specific nutritional needs - it can be difficult to get the right balance with a raw, or homemade, diet at this age.
