Is there something wrong with my miniature dachshund?

My my miniature dachshund is not looking too well. She is moaning and crying when i pick her up.

Her stomach is also hard. Do you know if there is something wrong with her?

I really hope you took your dog to your veterinarian as in this sort of situation you always need a hands-on evaluation rather than wait for online help.

I'm afraid I'm not a vet myself, but from what you describe it's possible that your dog has canine bloat (basically when the stomach twists), it's most common in large deep-chested breeds, but dachshunds do have deep chests themselves and it can occur in any breed from time to time.

Unfortunately it's a very serious condition and cause death if left untreated, I pray that you got your dog help and that this wasn't the case.

There are of course other possibilities such as eating something she shouldn't (which could cause an internal blockage also needing professional vet help), or even illness, but there's no way I can make that sort of diagnosis.
