joint problems with my maltipoo

My 10 month old male maltipoo limps sometimes on his rear leg, do they have breeding problems?

Being hybrids, Malti-poos are at risk of the any conditions that affect Maltese or Poodles, genetic or otherwise.

Poodles can suffer hip problems and luxating patellas among other things. However, an intermittent limp could be due to all sorts of things including injuries.

The only way to find out for sure what is going on with your pup is to have your veterinarian examine him fully. It may be nothing to worry about, but as it's something that has appeared more than once, it definitely needs investigation.
