Hi John
A Setter is classified as a medium to large size dog, as it could reach up to 70lbs as an adult.
My personal opinion would be to buy the large-breed food as your pup will likely grow pretty rapidly and you want to avoid the bone/joint problems often experienced by large, fast-growing breeds.
I'm not familiar with the particular brand of food that you mention, but be sure it's a high quality/premium food as puppies need optimum nutrition.
You can learn about a system you can use to rate any dog food according to the quality of it's ingredients on my Dog Food Comparisons page.
Best of luck with your pup.
