Leaking Fluid

My dogs bedding was completely wet and does not smell like urine.

She is lethargic and is still dripping clear fluid from her vagina non stop.

This dog needs to be seen by a veterinarian right away. It could be urine, or it could be something else, I'm afraid I'm not a veterinarian and there is no way to diagnose a problem like this without a hands-on exam by a professional.

This is absolutely NOT normal and your dog needs to be seen by your vet immediately. It could be an infection of some sort, or a loss of control due to a nerve or muscle problem... or one of several other possibilities. Your vet will be able to make a diagnosis and get it sorted out.
